This is our first time to do math centers. Some of are centers are puzzles, computers,flashcards, dominoes.
We started Black Lagoon books. It is the last day of August. Next it will be september. The black Lagoon books are
good! So far we read The Principal from the Black Lagoon and The Teacher from the Black Lagoon. There are lots of Black lagoon books. We started to end the book Diary of a Wimpy Kid dog days.

We started on our black Lagoon books and we started a story web.  We will be researching the history of our school this week. In math, we have started our Mountain Math program where we review and build on those skills.

This year has had a great start!  We have 22 precious 2nd graders in our class.   We have worked on our Champs behaviors  and our class routines this past week.  I will start letting students blog this week.  Our morning meeting will start this Monday, August 30.  Our students will meet in the ready bodies class and walk together to their classroom at 7:50.  Make sure you check your child’s planner everyday and record the books that they are reading at home.  Let’s have another wonderful week.
